Release emotions with
Mind+Body Exercise
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY THAT SUPPORTS ADHD
Mind+Body Exercise can help you feel motivated to move, connected to your mental and physical needs, and empowered to use exercise to move through life.
AN APPROACH THAT TAKES A WHOLE-PERSON PERSPECTIVE

Mind+Body Exercise can help you feel motivated to move, connected to your mental and physical needs, and empowered to use exercise to move through life.
Mind+Body Exercise recognises that our thoughts and feelings are not separate from our body. This means our everyday experiences can express themselves in our physical sensations, and if these sensations are unnoticed or unaddressed, we may experience exhaustion and overwhelm. When we learn to tune in to our body and mind, we can respond with physical activities that can help us process life's challenges in a positive way.

INCLUDE YOUR PREFERENCES & INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
Mind+Body Exercise is an alternative to meditation, mindfulness & journaling

Typically, mind-body approaches involve gentle movement combined with inward focus and breathwork. Helen takes this concept and applies it to your exercise preferences, so you get to access the benefits of Mind+Body Exercise in a way that works for you. You can turn this into something that can be incorporated into your everyday life and current physical activity level.
